Cholpon Salieva

Cholpon’s career in spa and wellness spans more than fifteen years, across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. She has led spa operations for respected hospitality names including Kempinski, Ritz-Carlton and Rotana, opened luxury spas from the ground up and guided established spas to stronger performance and international recognition.

She founded Wellness Works to offer hotels, resorts and developers something the larger firms rarely provide — independent, senior expertise, shaped around what each spa and wellness destination truly needs.

A good spa is built room by room and understood the same way.
